Liberia today is at the crossing point; the civil war has retrogressed and transformed this country into a destitute society. Every sector of our society has been affected by destruction. Presently, this society is 65% detraumatized, and has a lot of damaged infrastructure and development that is sluggish.. Memories of the devastating civil crisis still lingers. Some of our youths have no parental care. Because of this they are self-supportive. There are no role models to guide them. They have no formal education, proper awareness, and developed minds. It remains a fact that a free society must rely on the knowledge, skill, and virtues of Yoshudea as vital to the preservation and improvement of Humanitarian’s services and constructive development.
