Our aim is to enable women to enhance and develop their quality of life, thereby becoming the architects of their own futures and lives by presenting opportunities for spiritual, educational, and economic transformation. Delta Women is committed to empowering women, strengthening families and transforming their communities in the process

- Requirements

Delta Women is currently looking for volunteers who will be involved in a health care providing system in Delta State, Nigeria. They are expected to be capable of speaking in English - interpreters for local languages will be provided. Delta Women is looking for these volunteers as a part of a medical mission trip to Nigeria and looking for volunteers who will work as: Doctors: Family Practitioner , internal medicine, Ophthalmologist, Pediatrician Nurses: ICU/CCU Nurse, Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Nurse - Pediatric Nurse. Oral/Dental: Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, Dentist Other Medical Field: Medical Student 2nd year, Medical Student 3rd year, Medical Student 4th year, Nursing Student, Optometrist, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Physician Assistant. Medical Support: Health Educator, Water Specialist.

- Volunteer responsibilities

The volunteer must provide for their own Visa, insurance, vaccination, Air fares

- Organization responsibilities

Delta Women will provide for Local Transport, Security, Feeding, Accommodation
