We mostly work with the Kipsigi and Masai tribes providing medical, dental, spiritual and infrastructure support. KMO has built a hospital clinc, a school, a church, a community center, a silo, and supported schools, churches, communities and villages to build water management resources, electrical systems, educational and medical services.
