The organization is registered under the ministry of labour, social security and services as well as the ministry of Health Kenya. It was founded in Feb 2014 with a view to address health and other related issues in Kenya. Impact Healthcare CBO is committed to health promotion and continuous improvement of health care in and outside Nakuru County. For this purpose, the CBO in collaboration with ministry of health (MOH) Kenya pursues various health activities within Nakuru and even country wide.
