Physician needed for

Opportunity Description:
In need of physicians who can volunteer once a moth for about four (4) hours. The volunteer physician will see chronic and acute adult patients at one of our offices (Wheaton and/or Villa Park).
We are looking for physicians who are licensed in the state of Illinois and have a desire to save lives.

Registered Nurse needed for

Opportunity Description:
Assisting the volunteer doctors or Nurse practitioners when the patients come in, order lab work, patient education and discharge instructions. Come with the desire to give back to your community.
The commitment is of once a month for half a day. You will need to bring a copy of your license, copy of a recent TB and CPR certification (if available)
