Opportunity Description:
You will provide outstanding customer service in a non-profit gift shop to visitors, employees, physicians and patients. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, cash register duties, deliveries to patient rooms, and other gift shop tasks. Excellent customer service skills are required along with the ability to handle money transactions. Shifts are 4 hours or more.

Front Information Desk needed for

Opportunity Description:
Assists individuals entering the hospital that may need patient room information, directions, transporting arriving patients to the appropriate department, and/or general help. Volunteers may also assist other departments with addressing, stuffing, labeling or other jobs that can be performed at the desk. Must be able to give information in a polite and understandable manner. Must be able to give directions, respond to multiple requests and interact with people of all ages. A positive attitude is required. Must be able to follow directions, be dependable and prompt. Previous customer service skills would be a plus.
