Mission Statement: (See Web Site For Updated Information)
Mission: To affirm life during its final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families; by providing access to hospice care for underserved or difficult to serve populations; by wise and efficient use of available resources, and by educating the community.

Description: Founded in 1993, Compassionate Care Hospice is a community-based organization committed to providing the highest quality hospice car to patients, their families and close friends throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, South Dakota, and Texas.

We care for terminally ill patients with a wide range of illnesses including cancer, advanced cardiac disorders, advanced neurological disorders, AIDS, ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease), Multiple Sclerosis and any end stage disease.

Care is delivered by a team of physicians, nurses, social workers, home health aides, bereavement coordinator, pastoral counselor and volunteers. Under the direction of the patients physician and our hospice medical director, the team follows a personalized plan of physical, emotional and spiritual care. The plan is continually reviewed and adapted to meet the patients changing needs.

At Compassionate Care we are committed to quality of life, which enables patients to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, with their loved ones. We provide the special care and services that make that choice possible.
