Each year, they donate thousands of hours of service to our hospital and patients. Our volunteer program is open to individuals age 14 and older who are able to commit to a minimum of three hours per week for six months. There are over 90 areas in which volunteers are placed at Saint Raphaels. Assignments range from working directly with patients to positions with little or no patient contact. Following an orientation and one-on-one interview, placements are made based on the interests and skills of the volunteer and the needs of the healthcare system.
