About Me:
I am writing to apply for the volunteering job in ICT section at ABT ASSOCIATES with my reason that my contract with my current employer will end up on 31st July,2016 and I find myself changing my working place will bring more worthy to my career’s growth. I am a graduate from the University of Dar es salaam, pursued a Bachelor degree in Computer Science with honors and also a Cisco Certified Network Associate Trainee.
Currently, I am the ICT Officer at Web Technologies Company (T) LTD whereby I manage and support various IT projects which involve implementation and maintenance of Networks, Data management through maintaining backups and information security, installing, updating and maintaining Antivirus, servers administration with regard to configuration and maintenance, adding/terminating users as well as conducting trainings to the end systems users.
Prior to join Web Technologies Co.(T) Ltd, I worked as a Network Support Officer at Ifrone Co.(T) Ltd whereby I participated on designing, installing and configuring LAN/WAN infrastructures as well as reviewing their architectures, Implementing network security plans and actions, Testing network equipment and devices, Performing Network troubleshooting tasks as well as maintaining network performance by performing network monitoring, analysis and performance tuning through evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency.
Additionally, I did a part time work as a Computer Instructor at the Open University of Tanzania for students enrolled to the University by the time I was at the University of Dar es salaam finalizing my last year studies.
